You must remember that such a procedure is definitely not recommended for capillary skin - hot steam dilates blood vessels and, consequently, may lead to their rupture, and in extreme cases even contribute to the development of rosacea. People suffering from severe skin inflammation should give up treatments.
How to use
* Pour 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture into a bowl and gently add rock crystal.
* Pour hot water over the ready mixture and leave for 5 minutes.
* Place the dish on the table top or in any other place where you can safely make a sausage. Remember that this is hot water
* Cover your head with a towel and bend over the finished mixture. Close your eyes, relax ... Breathe slowly and stay over the sausage for 10 minutes. Relax.
* If you feel discomfort or too much heat - take a break or finish the treatment in less than 10 minutes.
* After completing the ritual, sprinkle your face with lukewarm water and then with cold water or a hydro-hydrolate.
